Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted after 7 days from receipt cannot be accepted. Your claim must include your order number, clear photographs of the shoes, and photographs of the packaging. Upon verification, Chi Wai Limited will provide a replacement pair or a full refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping for confirmed damaged or defective items.

Colours may differ slightly across display devices. Sizing follows the chart published on each product page. You are responsible for selecting the correct size before completing your purchase.
